We often find weird and wonderful fungi and this interesting specimen is growing on the base of a tree behind"Birdwing Bungalow". This was taken when it was quite 'young' and it now measures about 7 inches (17cm) across. We don't know what it is called so would be interested to hear from anyone who recognises it!
